I take measures to assure the safe arrival of your ceramics, including double-boxing shipments. In the unlikely event that your pottery ARRIVES CHIPPED OR BROKEN, I will replace or refund the item as soon as possible, after receiving a photo of the broken piece.

On packaging materials: I have tried to choose environmentally responsible packaging materials. The soy packing “peanuts” I use can be safely wetted and dissolved.  The resulting material is safe to put on gardens or down the drain. I recycle boxes and other packing materials as much as possible.
